Profile Settings
Your profile helps team members recognize you across boards and workspaces.
- Display Name - How your name appears to team members
- Avatar - Upload a profile photo or use your initials
- Email - Manage your account email address
- Bio - Add a short description about yourself
Notification Preferences
Control how and when you receive updates about your boards and cards.
- Email notifications - Get updates about card assignments and mentions
- Push notifications - Real-time alerts in your browser
- Digest - Daily or weekly summary of activity
Accessing Settings
Your profile settings are just a click away.
Quick Access
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select "Profile Settings" to customize your account. You can also access settings by pressing the keyboard shortcut.

Keep your profile photo updated - it helps teammates quickly identify you when reviewing cards and mentions.
