Creating a New Board

Get started by creating a new board for your project or workflow.

Click the + button

Find the "New Board" button in your workspace sidebar or dashboard.

Choose a template or start blank

Select from pre-built templates or create a custom board from scratch.

Name your board

Give your board a descriptive name that reflects its purpose.

Set visibility

Choose whether the board is private, workspace-visible, or public.

Add columns

Create columns to represent stages in your workflow (e.g., To Do, In Progress, Done).

Managing Your Boards

Keep your boards organized and customized to your needs.

  • Rename a board - Click on the board title to edit it directly, or use the board menu
  • Change background - Personalize your board with colors or images from the board settings
  • Star important boards - Star boards to pin them to the top of your sidebar for quick access
  • Copy a board - Duplicate an entire board including all cards and settings

Save time by starting with a pre-built template.

Available Templates

Templates include pre-configured columns and sample cards tailored for common workflows like Sprint Planning, Product Roadmap, Content Calendar, and more. You can customize any template after creating your board.

Use board templates to quickly set up common workflows. You can also save any board as a template to reuse your custom configurations.
