Visibility Levels
Choose the right visibility level for each board.
- Private - Only board members can see and access the board
- Workspace - All workspace members can see and join the board
- Public - Anyone with the link can view the board (read-only)
Changing Visibility
Adjust visibility settings at any time.

Open board menu
Click the menu icon on your board.

Select Settings
Find the board settings option.

Select your desired visibility level.

Review and confirm the visibility change.

When to Use Each Level
- Private - Sensitive projects, HR matters, confidential planning
- Workspace - Team projects, department work, internal collaboration
- Public - Open source projects, public roadmaps, community boards
