How to Transfer

Transfer ownership when someone else needs to take over.

Go to workspace settings

Navigate to Settings > Members in your workspace.

Select new owner

Choose the member you want to transfer ownership to.

Confirm transfer

Verify the transfer - this action cannot be undone.

What Transfers

  • Billing responsibility - The new owner handles subscription payments
  • Admin privileges - Full workspace control transfers to new owner
  • Settings access - All workspace configuration options
  • Member management - Ability to add, remove, and change roles

Important Notes

Keep these things in mind when transferring ownership.

After Transfer

You will remain as an admin after transferring ownership, so you will not lose access. The new owner can change your role if needed. Billing information will need to be updated by the new owner.
