Invitation Methods
There are several ways to invite people to your workspace.
- Email invitation - Send direct invites to specific email addresses
- Invite link - Share a link that anyone can use to join your workspace
- Bulk import - Import multiple team members from a CSV file
- Domain verification - Auto-approve members with your company email domain
Sending Invites
Follow these steps to invite new team members.

Go to workspace settings
Click on your workspace name and select Settings.

Select Members
Find the Members section in the settings menu.

Enter email addresses
Type the email addresses of people you want to invite.

Choose their role
Select the appropriate role for each member.

Send invitations
Click Send to deliver the invitations.

Tip
Use CSV import for large teams. You can specify roles and which boards to add members to in the import file.
